EMAIL access codes sent during Pacific Zone USA business hours
about every 30-60 minutes.
PASSWORDS & ACCESS CODES ARE EMAILED ONLY TO EMAIL Entered
for Purchaser.
Codes are sent only to the email in the Billing Section. Codes
are NOT sent to "ship to" emails.
Purchaser may forward
email codes and instructions to Respondents.
If you forward the access code to
another person, you will NOT be notified of report
completion or automatically receive the completed report. Both
Purchaser and Respondent can retrieve completed reports for 30
days.
To Retrieve a Completed
Report Online: Click on the access code link in the original
email, once you are sure responding is complete. Original access
code link then leads to completed report.
Read ALL instructions
which come with the emailed access code.
One
EMAIL Access code issued for each test report ordered for
one-time use by Respondent.
Turn OFF Spam
Filters and Notify your IT Department of email incoming from
OnlineDisc@inscape-epic.com. You are responsible to do this.
Online Response time is 10-15 minutes. Time-out occurs after 20
minutes.
Access
codes for Non-EPIC clients expire after 30 days.
If you need several reports, order all at one time on one order,
not on separate orders.
Group analysis
reports of multiple/team individual respondents must be ordered
at the same time.
