The Listening Profile is a 60 item paper booklet or online assessment to describe and improve listening skills.  It is a learning tool that helps individuals identify and understand which of the five listening approaches they use to experience, process, organize, store, and retrieve information:  Appreciative, Empathic, Comprehensive, Discerning, and Evaluative.  The Listening Profile is useful in a variety of applications, including customer service, presentation skills, conflict resolution, and team-building.

Order Online Tests. How it Works:  When you order, you will be sent an email with a link and password.  Access codes sent ONLY to the purchaser, who may email forward an access code email to each Respondent if there are multiple reports ordered.  Responding to the questions takes about 12-15 minutes and upon completion, the report is generated immediately and is available for viewing in Adobe Reader pdf format, emailing, printing, and even saving for future reference. One Access Code is issued per Respondent for one time use.
