Q: Is Certification needed to use DISC Profile tests? A: No, you do not need to be certified.

We accept ONLY online credit card payment orders.
- Credit cards may be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; and held by a company, institution, individual, or p-card system. Government purchase card accepted.
- Online card acceptance approval is a secure bank-to-bank transaction with no human interface.

- Orders are automatically, electronically, approved, processed, and fulfilled on a same day basis during business hours within parameters posted for the product or service ordered.

We do not accept Checks, ACH transfers, EFT, or Purchase Orders.

LIMITATIONS FOR EMAIL, WEB, OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY:
Electronic delivery reports, products, and services require a "human being" to either issue a code, password, or email links, and therefore delivery is limited to "business hours" when a "human" can get the product or service to you. We will make best efforts at all other times.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We Ship SAME DAY or NEXT Business Day by POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 day transit by USPS Priority Mail for orders received by NOON Central Time time).   We do NOT guarantee the delivery service transit time of the USPS (who could), but we do guarantee when we will ship items. Plan ahead for weekends and holidays, when the Post Office is closed.   You may optionally select Federal Express Overnight Priority express delivery for orders received before NOON Central Time.

YOU SELECT THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER in the shopping cart at checkout.   We will ship to P. O. Boxes by USPS Priority Mail only. You will receive email confirmation tracking shipping notice and email of your Paid Receipt. Shipping Charges are very low and calculated by the shopping cart pro-rated by amount of order and weight.
