It is an option available for those developing longer training programs who are employed within training departments of organizations.  Most of our clients self-study from the trainer kits and present DiSC programs without attending certification using their online EPIC administrator accounts.

Who Should Attend?  Those who will be designing, planning, and providing classroom training are those who will benefit most.  If you use DISC infrequently or for hiring and recruiting, certification will not benefit you greatly. 
If you can self-study using the DISC Classic Trainer Kit or Everything DISC Applications Trainer Kits, you do not need certification to use and teach DISC.  If you need official proof, such as passing the certification exam, or you cannot self-study, then classroom attendance is critical.

Use DISC in the best possible way.  Know, interpret, apply, and teach it well. Everything DiSC Trainer Certification for trainers and HR managers. Q:  Is Certification needed to use DISC Profile tests?    A: No, you do not need to be "certified."
But if you were trained before April, 2005, when the new research based Everything DISC came out, you are using training information that is at least 12 years, and more likely 25 years, out of date, and no longer accurate. DISC has grown far beyond the familiar "blue book" into a platform of wide applications, with a dozen paper based profiles and 40+ EPIC DISC online based assessments. 

Q:  What's the most important thing for me to do?
A:  Register early.  Class size is small and available on a first come, first served basis.  We will be covering a lot and you will appreciate the individual attention.  You also have class pre-work, we want to set up and let you practice with your EPIC account, and you may want to have received and reviewed your Everything DiSC Facilitation System Manual and Everything DiSC DVD and take it to class with you.
